You can place an order cancelation request via whatsapp at least 24hrs prior to delivery time.

However it depends on the readiness of your order whether the cancelation can be accepted or not.

If the cancelation request is accepted there will be no refund of the money.

You will be given a coupon code which will be valid for 2 months.

The coupon code will be sent to you on whatsapp/email/sms.
